About Ethan
Nashville Drone Pilot | Job Site Documentation, Listing Media, 3D Site Models
FAA Part 107 certified commercial pilot based in Nashville, working with general contractors, roofers, developers, and real estate teams across Middle Tennessee. I run Above Grade, a commercial drone operation focused on three things: monthly progress documentation for active job sites, roof and exterior condition documentation, and listing/marketing media for property. Typical deliverables: color-graded stills, a short-form vertical cut for social, and full-resolution originals, turned around within 48 hours of the flight. For sites that need it, I can produce orbit-based 3D models and photorealistic scans for stakeholder walkthroughs and marketing. I carry $1M liability coverage and can provide a COI before mobilizing. Comfortable with site safety briefings, controlled airspace authorization via LAANC, and coordinating flight windows around active crews.
